Things that are true:

Accounts can be registered with a fake phone number since it isn’t verified At least some media has GPS location embedded There are efforts to archive as much posts and media as possible currently ongoing Drivers license photos are required for verification Things that are not true:

Drivers license photos are public facing and can be scraped (in reality they cannot, and are not being archived) Millions of administrator accounts are being created by the archivers (the archivers are using regular accounts or public facing data)

      Even if they don’t I just always assume services don’t and strip it myself (the handful of times I’ve uploaded pictures.) Seen it blow up in peoples faces too many times
