Inch-by-inch they are detaching themselves from the party but God damn is it slow. They'll tune me out if I say 'Democracy doesn't exist in this country and Dems have worked with Republicans to immiserate you on purpose so their stock price goes up, and most importantly they cannot do anything else other than immiserate you because that is their job.'
Oh absolutely, agree 100%. I'm trying to sneak that in with 'The party can't move left because it will mean less donor $$'. It's a two-pronged approach.

Gotta make sure they know it's the ideology pushing them to be incompetent, otherwise they'll fall for a charismatic Obama 2.0 who "wants to win"
