    I've been reading this for like 5 minutes trying to decipher what this is about. Some kind of drawing equipment? Or weed bowls? Ball bearings?

      It's called bowls, it's something retirees play.

      Pretty sure it's just bowling, but with room for variants like playing on grass for some reason.
