Kudos to her for refusing to apologize, and instead calling out apartheid in Israel. She's a real one, she was protesting the police kicking out homeless encampments, and she's in a wheelchair but took an arrest for assaulting a police officer in those protests (got dismissed).

Not only is she kicked out of the NDP, the worse thing is that she's officially censured in Ontario parliament so she's literally not allowed to talk in parliament.

This is also provincial politics, which has nothing to do with international policy, the PCs in Ontario are definitely using this as a distraction from their RCMP investigation because they got cocky and too openly corrupt after getting their large majority.

I really hope she succeeds in suing the Premier for defamation. He said she supported the rape of Israelis in her statement, even though she was citing UN people in calling it apartheid, and she said she feels sorry for innocent people.
