Why is it dipping after $1.9T emission and considering that there is another $3T coming up? I get that fin assets are incredibly overvalued, but I doubt this is the "corrective" phase yet.

Occurred to me today: If most corps find it more profitable to take govt money and buyback shares instead of investing in infrastructure, could this dip be like a capitalist-wide push to dump their own share prices so that they can buy back more? Is a scheme like this even possible on such a grand scale?
