I've had a baby cockatiel for several months now who exhibits very similar behavior with me. It can sometimes be a little irritating trying to deal with the noise as she is incredibly needy, but she's still only a baby. It looks like the police are going to continue to respond to 911 calls from the library. According to the Sheriff,
“My response to the Library’s proposed agenda item was to provide public comment about their proposed diversity statement and to further provide open commentary about how this could affect our local law enforcement profession.”
Nice backpedal. Also pretty hilarious that he's scared for his over funded police department in a generally peaceful chud filled county.
