The stereotypical story actually happened to me.
My parents had the habit of disabling the wifi if I didn't want to do chores.
So I looked up how to hack the neighbors' wifi. People online told me it wasn't possible, unless I installed "Kali Linux". I tried it and failed. I looked up why and people told me I should start with a beginner distro, lik Ubuntu. So I installed that.
I got the point, but to me it sounded like the quote was rather meant as a general statement with Palestine only as an example. I agree that it applies with the Israel/Palestine situation. But not to the North Korean one in my opinion.
I mean that I didn't realize that I was posting this on Hexbear.
On the serious hand, I mean that North Koreans are too suppressed to ever stage a coup as they do not have a good enough way too organize it, like social media. Peaceful revolution is also impossible as it would be shut down immediately by the authorities.
Nice quote, but not always true. In North Korea both kinds of revolution are kind of impossible
