It's like saying using a power drill instead of a screw driver. Leaded solder is so much easier to work with so bit using it doesn't make sense. You keep bringing up RoHS electronics but those are soldered at high heat in a controlled environment by robots. Non leader solder works fine for that and it's mid environmentally friendly for mass produced electronics to not use lead.

I understand why, I've bought holiday candy specifically because of the shape and find out it was the regular candy in a different box. It seems manipulative. Either make the effort to make the correct shape that is advertised or don't advertise it that way.

You are mistaken. I am certainly no conservative. I'm able to think for myself, I don't need a political party to do it for me.

The fact: I know people personally that make more than enough money to live comfortably but they can't pay their bills. Why? They spend their money on things they don't need. This is not an opinion, I know these people. They are very good friends of mine, they are just terrible with money management.

I'm not sure how this correlates to being classist or how it relates to poor and disabled people. I never even mentioned them.

With that being said. Do you think this behavior is acceptable? Do you believe that we shouldn't judge people on what they do with their own money, or do you believe that people should have some personal responsibility. I'm genuinely curious on what your thoughts are.

I am also on the Apple hate train mostly because I used to repair iphones for a living. I think Apple was pretty cool in the 90s with their iMac line and with the iPod but I think the release of the iPhone is the turning point for Apple. I never owned an iPhone and I think the original reason was because I saw most iPhone users as pretentious. To be honest though. IPhone work and a lot of people like them so I don't really care what phone anyone uses because it isn't important and nobody cares.

I sold them at my previous job and we use one at my current job. I'd never need one of these at home as I rarely use batteries for anything but they are handy at work.
