password reset is still broken for accounts attempting to reset with email

Damn it really sucks that so many old accounts pre-site update are kind of just dead now. Haven't been able to log in since immediately after the site update and then the same issue occurred on 3 new accounts since then. I have done everything from incognito browser, different internet connections, different browsers, different devices, clearing cache, etc and the Hexbear login and reset password page is just completely broken. Any attempt to log in is met with an infinite spinning Hexbear. Not really sure how many other people are experiencing this issue but it can't be just me. Even this account is only able to log in on Firefox, and I don't dare log out for fear this account will become inaccessible as well. On chrome the site permanently has the error:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Glad the damage has been minimal. Once the login issue is resolved we should make a pinned thread so everybody who was logged out can be made aware that they can log back in, as I am sure many people now are experiencing the same login issues that began during the site updates of the past few weeks. (this account is the 4th I have made in that time, all others can not log in on any device or browser)

Will this have any impact on the ability to login to old hexbear accounts? I havent been able to log back in to my old account ever since we began this process several weeks ago and over that time have subsequently made 3 new accounts, all of which I havent been able to log in to every time they get logged out. I have cleared internet history, cache, tried on different devices and browsers and all of the accounts are entirely inaccessible at this point in time, as any login attempt is met with the infinite spinning hexbear. I have been using Hexbear since day one and would consider myself a very active user, but doing all of this has really impacted my willingness to keep trying to participate, and it has been very frustrating as I have very much enjoyed watching this community grow.
