I also second this. I have an Asus router setup with mesh nodes, and it has been running smoothly, especially since I'm hosting a plex server and occasionally multiplayer servers.
In the PNW I switched to tmo from Verizon a few years ago, because Verizon was charging $20 just for the luxury of having a 5g phone. Coverage in the big city and surrounding areas has been pretty good in my experience, typically I'll have more coverage than att users. I do switch off the 5g when I'm at work though, the LTE seems to have better signal in concrete buildings.
I still keep mine in my car. Have you seen Dankpods mod them with terabyte micro SD kits? Stuff is amazing.
I have a modded halo special edition original Xbox, modded with MakeMHz's HDMI kit, really makes a difference when playing.
I also have a soft modded wii, 3dsxl, ps2, and switch. I used to have the god of war edition psp that was modded with m33, that thing was an absolute beast and daily driver until it got stolen.
I've been playing it with buddies, it's a good time, and we play a lot of phasmophobia, so the scary parts aren't so bad for us. There's also a mod that allows up to 20 players, so far only played with max of 6 people, but it sure adds to the shenanigans and fun. I recommend it.

Not having to update the router port sure makes things easier, especially since Proton changes the port at times.
I believe I have found the issue, it appears split tunneling is broken right now. As soon as I disabled it, suddenly got seeds and was able to seed again. Shame split tunneling is not working again, as I need it off for local hosting certain games.
Checking in from my S21 ultra that's still going strong. Love my 100x zoom camera.
