There was a 82 year old man who had to pee and couldn't hold it in, so he went to a train track to do it. While he was pissing, a cow from the air crushed him. His death certificate literally says "Death by a flying cow". It turned out that cows were crossing a track and the train hit one of the cows full speed, so it was sent flying right towards the man. He ended up passing away.

Fun fact: If you use Google Maps, and press on the arrow (while the navigation is started), you can change the arrow to 3 different cars.
Yes. Also happened to me. Linux distros also do this (if you didn't specify a separate boot partition), so next time you need to erase an OS, go into that partition, and remove the folder corresponding to the OS like "Windows" or "Ubuntu".

You could try different patch options, but I recommend supporting the developer by actually buying it. If you don't want to, use a free and open-source client like Voyager.
