Some extra content. They released a patch that added some more content and general interactions, but I haven't tried to dive into it yet. The voicework on the Final Cut is phenomenal though.
Encyclopedia can get you a thought cabinet perk that makes it easy to make money, giving you some money every time you pass a passive encyclopedia check, but just pick what abilities you think fits the character you want to try and play. The game is incredibly lenient on character builds, and there are even some thoughts that only chime in when their stat is too low. So if you want to do an Inland Empire build just pick other stuff that you feel makes sense. Might not be the answer you're looking for but I really don't think there is a need to try to make a build unless you're trying to hit the dialogue trees for a specific skill.
I recommend at least 2 Endurance, but you don't need to focus on it any more than that unless you want to use it for a Physical build (i forget what term they use to categorize the red abilities).
Shin Godzilla just utterly mocks the entire Japanese government for over 50% of the movie. The whole movie is a very bold-faced metaphor for the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
Not exactly a historical fiction miniseries, and ignoring the hilariously bad sound design its a great movie
IMO considering that Gootecks hated that his face from a dumb video in 2013 was used as a meme emote, he's probably thrilled. I don't know if it would have been better to just do nothing but you're definitely right that its just going to make it another banner of reaction.
Its likely that Aso Taro is going to be the next PM until an election, and just from looking at his wikipedia I don't think he's gonna be any better
