I rather prefer latex over word, but I'm a programmer and I like fiddling with things to make it work properly. It's not just for scientific papers, any pdf file can benefit from latex even if it's only for the proffessional look.

This would be a great dog toy. Put a hole in one of the caps (a treat-sized hole) and stick a rod hrizontally through the bottle, so that it can spin around it's axis. Than fill it with treats and your dog will be entertaint for hours.

Doing puzzles with friends is better than doing puzzles (or, god forbid, monopoly) with family.

For part 1 it is 35.
For part 2 it is 55
I just solved it. I printed every set of integers in the format "Result: [theTwoDigits], from string: [inputString]" and mannually checked all of them. Eventually found the edge case that was causing troubles. It was a typo.
I've solved part 2 multiple times now, but small intricacies keep popping up every time.
