·4 years agoIndians don't have the capacity for a blackout. If there was a blackout there'd be a revolution, the country is so corrupt it's the ultimate capitalist government. Only the rich can pay bribes to succeed in the economy, meanwhile the poor are left to be wage slaves. And I'm talking real wage slaves, like they'll go hungry if they don't get paid one day
