1 year agoJust check on my Mac. Double-clicking a .7z launches the built-in Archive Utility which expands it on the spot.
Speaking of Mac, I noticed .dmg -- the native disk image format -- now supports lzma compression (what 7z uses) but it looks like you can only create such an image at the command line level using hdiutil
. They should make it an option in Disk Utility.
Aw man. He's one of these artists I was just getting back into recently. I didn't know about all his collaborations with fellow indigenous performers until a couple of weeks ago, but there's some good stuff in his later albums!
