Thank you!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news
The West Wing is the best course of action and the real world that awaited the world one person at a time and patience and the real world that awaited you are looked at with a neurotypical joke about the insane temperature records set the last few years were the talos principle of the pandemic in the neighborhood and the real world that awaited the world one person at a time and patience and the real world that awaited you are looked at with a mix of disdain and derision and the real world that awaited is not having fun with the label of the pandemic and the depression was so difficult about literally everything in my life as well as the other day I have been different from covid and I don't want to be normal because it equates to self-harm for me.
Amazing.
I actually thought he was already dead...
I scheduled my Autism assessment for next week, got no one to tell and I can't focus on anything else
Thanks for the explanation. Still looks freaky as hell with the too-many-fingered hands spawning from her irises. Gives me the creeps.
Wishing you a safe and quick recovery comrade, take care of yourself
They're gonna make so much money selling the merch.
This explains that Onion article. Also the eyes freak me out.
Not a doctor, got family with these issues though so I'll share that experience:
Start by keeping a food diary with the stuff you eat and any immediate symptoms/feelings etc for like 2-4 weeks when you first start changing parts of your diet. The idea is to identify foods that cause problems, since everyone's body is different and some recommendations won't work for everyone. Some of the most obvious things to start whittling out of your diet are sugar, white flour, alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco. Don't overeat; if you're used to 3 meals a day, shrink the meal sizes and add healthy snacks in between. Try to keep snacks nearby at all times. Careful with fruit and anything fruit-derived as they have more sugar than you might realize. Whole grains and veggies, legumes, nuts and seeds are usually safe bets, but again it depends on the individual. It's hard to find a good balance sometimes so use your diet diary as a starting point. Definitely consult your doctor before making any big changes. Hope this helps, and that you feel better comrade.
I would say trust your gut on that, being ND can open us up to all kinds of gross NT behavior. Hope you have a better week comrade!
I am fully endorsing the no contact like the other commenter. Wtf. That's going out of the way to be cruel. You deserve better than that.
Satisfactory, it's been so relaxing.
Love this idea OP, I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I'd love to attend a convention next year, and I was thinking about wearing a cloth mask over an N95 (or higher) that has the character's face printed on it. Kinda like this if I were doing this witch costume:
Anyone else see similar masks or ideas?
Hopefully the lingering toxicity will leave like a fart in the wind, and you can find the peace to bake and move at your own pace.
That sucks, and I'm sorry that happened. I have a vegan muffin recipe that basically tastes like a cupcake because of the sugar content (these are not healthy) and if you leave out the chocolate chips it's basically cake batter. The site has a ton of other dessert recipes too.
Here's the recipe I've used.
First off, getting-assessed buddies! I feel the mix of emotions, it's such a roller coaster. Hope everything ends up how you want it and you get some answers. I'm excited for you!
I think that's the same one I'll be doing, but the setup is a little different; I have an immediate follow up session after the assessment to ask questions and talk things through, then 48 hrs after I get the yes/no answer an official written diagnosis will be provided. I really want to make an actual post about my experience once it's over, because I wouldn't have found this place without help from a fellow Hexbear after months of searching. This community that's been so amazingly supportive and kind.
