I use paradoxical intention. Victor Frankl talks about it in his book mans search for meaning. Basically you playfully tell yourself all the reasons you should get up in your head but don’t move at all.
I don’t know if this works for a lot of people my partner says he just ends up getting up and doing the thing lol.
