    Hey, I'm cutting now too! It's rough!

    I recently did barbecue seitan and vinegar forward coleslaw with a small amount of vegan mayo. The seitan hits my protein goals, and the cabbage fills me up without adding kcals.

    I've also been eating a lot of lentil soup; black beans with corn; and oats with salt, pepper, lemon, and avocado or olive oil.
