What the fuck is this?

Edit:

"YouTube announced today a new expansion to its age-verification requirements in Europe. The video-sharing service said some users in the region will need to confirm their age in the coming months before they are able to watch age-restricted content. These requirements include a valid ID or credit card indicating that the user is above the age of 18. "

Edit2: Gave my credit card details (they were connected to this account already anyway, making this pointless on top of being a slap in the face), STILL GOT a fucking "this content may be inappropriate for some users" popup. Really dreading when this shit starts popping up on my alt accounts

Any suggestions? Should I use services like dropbox, one drive etc?

All of them really. Whichever gives enough space to host them all. More backups is better. Unless you're worried about privacy, but you're using Google Photos so you're already past privacy issues.

But of course like others said, an external drive (can be a flash drive if it has enough space). I'd add keep them on your computer's main drive too. If you can, keep another backup drive off premises, like at a relative's house or something.
