My body has gotten used to the diet I'm pushing it through. I'm already the lightest I've been in my adult life.

It's hard not eating junk but it'll be worth it in the end.

Try and make something tasty within the rules of your diet. Learn that you can still make good food within the diet.

Also, I'm personally of the belief that you should eat small meals throughout the day.

I usually have calorie breakdown of 200/200/400/200 for meals and "snacks".

Try and avoid shopping too. It's easier to resist eating junk when it's not in the house.

Sleep is still fucked up, so I had to take 2 more rest days than I intended.

In better news, even hill running is starting to become automatic by now.

I had hoped working out would at least keep my thighs +-0 thiccness but I'm literally bursting holes in my jeans from all the new muscle :kitty-cri-screm:

Diet is going well and I hit 260x10 on deadlifts :). Overhead pressing is very fickle :(

    Hahahaha, imagine having sex.

Weird, this week my overall load and effort has been lower but I still feel pretty destroyed on my rest day.

I love my pole teacher and the brutal hiit she puts us through. Marie, if you read this ❤️❤️❤️

Getting back into working out and have been really consistent the last couple months. Last weekend I got back into running again too, went for a 5k (with breaks) and felt absolutely amazing, but immediately after getting home I badly stubbed my toe and have been injured since. Why do injuries always happen at the worst time?
