You think black people are scary because the ones you encounter are socially crippled by their own anxieties and the ones you see on TV are all cartoonish villains. You think you're being reasonable when you say "All Lives", and that you're actually being charitable to someone born with the wrong skull shape.
Liberals spend quite a bit of time and energy insulating young people from one another in order to maintain the illusion of social equity. And they've had hundreds of years to perfect their propaganda. It's proven effective.
