Honestly it would actually be a cool economic experiment, I legit wonder what would happen if you put such a tax on every transaction provided it actually gets a bit of traction in the first place. Would you completely disincentivize transactions? Would there be more transactions because small holders will feel like they can spend more money?

I mean this is probably a quick pump and dump scheme but still would be cool to see.
