Found out about it when the old subreddit shut down. Only registered recently because I absolutely had to get involved in a discussion about horsefucking.
I decided to log off for some time to deal with some IRL things. As for the website, the general malaise from the bad blood between users kind of upsets me. Has that changed at all?
I would wager a substantial amount of the new account growth is literally that, but I can't discount how much :reddit-logo: drives ppl away.
didn't u know there are only actually like 15 of us here
I am a new user yes and I find the site very fun and cool, struggle sessions are a great time. Bear in the corner is cute and the posters are neat. Don't get what's up with all the political stuff though.
For real though I lost my password and lurked for like 10 months and now I'm back from my coma :isaac-pog:
I joined in March because reddit is insufferable and people I know post here
Wow I thought you'd been a member for much longer than that. You're a true power user.
Thanks! 😄
I have a job where with a lot of down time. You'll notice most of my posting is during work hours lol
Lost my password and I like to change accounts from time to time. Zero desire to be a power user
Could you create a semi monthly thread and have a bot write all new accounts that question with a link?
We could just have new users fill out a survey question like "how'd you hear about hexbear?" when they sign up.
Can we have a bot the rewrites all these answered to "I'm an intern for the FBI and this is what they have me do all day."
