I never tried this yet, :im-vegan: but baby vegan. I keep hearing this stuff tastes like cheese so I have some ideas where I put it if I can get my hands on it :broc:
It needs some extra help to taste like cheese, but it's really good in cheese sauce. Something like this
Find a local health food store that has bulk dry goods. Failing that, Trader Joe's or Whole Foods have it, but I have noticed some bigger stores carrying it in small containers by the baking supplies.
