"Nooo, you can't call Obama a white supremacist! He's entitled to his opinion as an individual who makes consumption decisions in the market! Please respect his choices"

also relevant are these woke "banning menthols is racist" radlibs. Typical of the glowie PMC class who probably said similar libertarian stuff back when China was hooked on opiates by colonial interests. it's racist to deny Chinese people the freedom and liberty to choose to spend their life in opium dens!

it's not about racial allegiance, it's about interests. i would never fault black people labeling someone a race traitor for going against the black lives matter movement.

being against black people being murdered by the police is an interest based solely on race, because that interest is being denied to them. white people are absolutely sympathetic and races of all colors are welcome to be part of it, but to simplify it to saying that there are no universal interests based on race is ignoring a lot of adversity that some races of people go through.

They can label them, but i think it sorta is clinging to or negating racial structure of american society. If one imagines some ethno state, and someone joins cops, they wouldn’t be a race traitor per se, it requires backdrop of racism to become such

It’s not entirely hypothetical, it’s rather stripped thought experiment. People disliked tax collectors without calling them race traitors for millennia. ethnostates do exist rn, they dislike the agents of violence just the same
