a lot of the time you can't argue somebody into just seeing the right thing. the idea is to convince those around you with the normalisation of rhetoric, the social pressure of ideas, and dismissing bullshit with being flippant. you don't need an essay, you mock them for wanting to be stompped on and refusing to help other workers, to convince those around them who might listen to you
