I just really fucking wish he wasn't such a TERF asshole. TANS is my go to text for explaining to people how socialism could actually work in the 21st century, but it makes it harder to recommend knowing that if they google the guy they'll find 800 transphobic screeds on his website. I love his work and I think Everyone needs to read TANS, it's just frustrating.
Yeah I feel the same way, I always just link people to get the PDF on Google or to watch his video lectures cause he's a massive dick on his site

I'm gonna be honest, one of the main reasons I recommend him so often and hope he catches on is just because of his name. I want to imagine we achieve cyber-communism and like 200 years from now the kids will get to read in their history books about a guy named Dick Blast

He's a guy that wrote some good stuff on economic planning of a socialist economy. Towards a New Socialism is his biggest work I think
