I played so much of that game through middle school and high school and so far the remaster looks close to perfect. I know that video games (and other mass media) are the new opiate of the masses, but I'm fully ready to tie one off and let that shit course through my veins.
Hell yeah. I still play a very cool modded version of it that I can highly recommend called Path of Diablo, which really revamped the game in a lot of good ways like making all skill trees for each class be pretty viable and more end game content. They stayed true to the actual game so it doesn't feel too out of place like some of the other d2 mods.
But I'm absolutely gonna no life D2R when it comes out, it's seeming pretty promising but who knows for sure what it will be like on release, don't have a ton of faith in Blizzard anymore
