He has three in Dallas in some of the most expensive areas (Oak Lawn, Lower Greenville, & HighLand Park) as well as Santa Monica, CA.
That is some INSANELY expensive real estate. No way would a bank lend a 25 year old money to build in locations like that lmao. His parents have to be fucking loaded.
Edit: Did some more digging: He went to SMU and USC for an MBA. Those are very expensive schools as well.

It’s a great place to work and the people there are really supportive but the amount of work that goes into it is not at all worth the pay that we receive. I’ve gotten my pay deducted quite a few hundred dollars not once but twice since I started working there, the manager schedules me outside of the availability that I have put forth for her and I’ve talked to her about it twice but to no avail. It’s nice but not worth the pay
These hagiographies are always gross, you can tell there is a massive amount of abuse and borderline criminality just under the smiling surface that is just hand waved away.
Dickhead, who got his start from a loan from his dad who owned his own small restaurant empire, said that it was hard work and the mindset of never quitting and not being a dick helped him to grow his businesses and give opportunities to those who are disadvantaged and may not be able to get ordinary jobs.
