    The "sleep hygiene" freaks will tell you this is all according to plan, and you shouldn't lie sleeplessly in your bed for more than 20 minutes; if you're tossing & turning just get up and do something peaceful (NOT LOOKING AT A BLUE LIGHT SCREEN) like folding laundry until you actually get sleepy then try again.
