So beyond that would only be possible in a clinic. I think the best course of action if you're a uterus haver in a reactionary state would be to get an IUD or more permanently get your tubes tied.

If you can even find a doctor who will do it! Many won’t approve the operation until you reach a certain age and/or have a certain number of children.
