Love to get early retirement for murdering a little girl because she told me I couldn’t shoot her puppy.

The girl lived with no major injuries. The bullet hit her above the eye and apparently there was only a risk of blindness, which was averted.

But yeah that man was centimeters away from murdering a little girl in front of her entire family because he desperately wanted to kill a dog. Also in front of its family.

How anyone can look at that and think it was not psychopathic behavior is beyond me.

You know what you do if a 35-pound miniature English bull terrier runs at you barking? You go “oh whoa there he’s feisty isn’t he?”

Best way to handle a suicide call is to go in guns blazing, obviously. Can't kill yourself if we kill you first. :think-about-it:

Surpsised they haven't considered charging the suicidal man for reckless endangerment of the girl. Recently in NY a man was charged (and found guilty) of causing the death of an officer who died because of friendly fire.

holy fuck they made the onion obsolete

it's the most hyperbolic over-the-top headline you could think of and it actually happened. There's really no more coppy behaviors to tack onto that headline, if he was abusing his wife at the same time that's the only one I can think of

I‘m just speculating but I assume they’re told by their equally psychopathic superiors that you should never hesitate to kill a dog because what you‘re doing is ohhh so important and then they feel badass when they get to murder a little child‘s best friend.

Like, they have to want to do it, there’s no other explanation. They know they‘ll get away with it, it no doubt makes them feel powerful, and there’s no way any grown man would actually feel threatened by a tiny dog like that. They kill dogs because they want to.

Makes my stomach turn. Pathetic fucking scum.

The same types that intentionally run over small animals on the road. Sometimes even deer of their truck has a cattle guard

“While the officers were retrieving the gun, a mid-sized mixed breed dog charged at one of the officers,” the release said.” The officer pulled his service weapon and shot at the dog, missing it.”

I guess dogs can be scary, I'd definitely panic if...

The dog is described as a small 35-pound miniature English bull terrier name Chevy.

    C'mon, man.

    tldr

Cop responds to mental health call.

Tries to shoot dog, twice. Hits child, once. Only gets fired.

Not jail, not busting rocks for minimum wage where all the money goes to that kid until the day he dies, he just gets fired from that one cop shop. Nothing stopping him from just going to the next town over and getting the same job doing the same shit.

Maybe the kid threw a rock and he was utilizing his IDF training?

Absolutely tragic and being fired is not enough as he will most likely get a job on another department.
