I mean where I live you are not allowed to drive a car in winter without them, that was more what I was wondering about. It'a nort personal responsibility, but just ppl losing their license otherwise. Are cars in thr US just a free for all? I mean it's also about public safety at this point.
The more I learn about the US the more I realize just how much more fucked it is than I already thought. Yeah, in that case the only morons here are the bus company and the cops. (And the companies not letting their employees take a day of for bad weather, and the city for not clearing the roads)
Probably can't even clear the streets because that service has been privatized and the company did not actually pay for any snow-clearing equipment or something.
