here is a liberal logic: China "let" the virus spread outside its borders instead of immediately neutralizing all infected people with magic, thus all the cases and deaths in Western countries are actually China's fault. Do not try to apply this logic anywhere else (such as for varient spread) because then it could make the USA look bad, which is impossible because the US is a good and just nation that does not do anything wrong.
