The sad reality is that it's not just Americans saying this stuff. I've heard similar things from people in my country about Salvadoran migrants. The same jokes about shooting them at the border are also made.
There have been previous reports that they've been ordered to push people back into the water and had been setting up buoys that had saw blades in between.

nah fuck this, don't be the race police. this kind of thing is bullshit in general but I think particularly so in the context of indigenous people who've been colonized. there's nothing special about DNA that makes people automatically have good or bad takes.
