A cool enough concept. Though the vehicle itself is painfully slow (60 Km/h on rural rails is really bad. Speed is like the biggest advantage of rail traffic even for people who don't really care about the environmental or social advantages of rail) and would probably fuck up some of the train schedules, which are strictly and efficiently planned.
It looks like it needs the final section of rail to actually get on/off the tracks too.
Basically, it's very flawed, but it might be a good stopgap before we massively increase rail infrastructure and give people regular railbuses .
