So I aggrieved a muscle in my lower back/glute. Not exactly sure which. Nor do I know what I did. Only flares up from a few very unique movements that I noticed earlier in the week. I'm pretty used to different back pains from disks and nerves and this one's new and definitely feels more muscle related. Taking a few weeks off to be safe and then will start back up slowly and take it easy with reps and weights to work back into things. If it doesn't go smoothly I'll get to my doctor. Will start posting again when I get to lifting.

Stay safe comrades and don't hurt yourself like this dumbass. Going to take this time to build me a lifting platform too. No more bare ass concrete for me. I'll make sure to get pics.

Also I miss blurry running comrade. Hope they ok.

      Just resting and doing some daily stretches right now. I've gotten pretty experienced with pissing off muscles at this point lol.......

          Oh I get that totally dude. I have spent almost 3 decades being a pasty fat guy. In the past few years I've gotten more fit and lost more weight than I had ever done. And I'm constantly terrified of going back to "what I was before." But I've hurt myself enough before to know why I "need" to do to not fuck myself up worse. If that makes sense.
