That was my concern as a beginner and why I went with a different program. I think my beat progress has been when I'm really pushing the hard stuff though. Have you added any T3s?
Yeah, I'm a fan of accumulating volume on alternative lifts. Most of my bench work is weighted dips, most of my deadlift work is hexbar deadlifts, most of my OHP is push press, most of my squats is squats (I just really like squats)
