      In what ways do you feel like this doesn't describe your executive disfunction? There is still the American test, where you drink a bunch of caffeine and see if it makes you hyper or calm. Clinically there are other tests, but they are increasingly jank. Usually they worry about anxiety or depression for false positive adhd cases. That is you would have a false fear you weren't paying enough attention or that you couldn't pay attention to your life cause you were depressed. Does any of this sound similar for you?
