It's the pragmatic route at this point. You're not going to convince people to reverse their antivaxx stance at this point. But you can make masks mandatory and do all the other shit because only the most far gone and unhinged people are fighting those.
As vaccines don’t prevent (completely*, thanks to comrade) spread without masks, while masks work even without vaccines, it’s a reasonable take tho

Yes the anti-mask (because they're vaxxed and want to just ignore it now) vs the anti-both crowd are two very different groups.
The former can probably be bullied into compliance because they're liberals. The latter are beyond reason and might shoot someone over a vaxx mandate.
