i did not like it

disorganised criticism:

spoiler

Cinnamontography is when everything is dark and orange and raining. All the time. Forever.

Hokiest voiceovers ever that has been parodied better in the decade since the dark knight

"Trying something new" Dark Gritty Batman number, what, 4, 5 now? The fuck are people on

"Detective Batman" Solving Deep Mysteries like... a handful of basic-ass riddles

Seriously it's the have 'Have-Cake-and-eat-it' of capeflicks and jesus if the hogs ain't shoveling it in. DArk-and-GrittyTM until tonally out of place hamminess comes in :so-true: 'just like the comicbooks!'

"Classic Film Noir" until obligatory car chase obligatory fight scenes obligatory capeshit i really try not to sound like some tasteful cinemaphile but holy fuck you can't have so many incompatible tropes fighting each other in the same movie and have any of them come out satisfying

anyway i didn't pay to see it, who really cares

Every once in a while, Batman gets a newer darker treatment. Forever. :agony-minion:

spot on. It was pretty mediocre.

The Dark Knight was better in every way - better villain, better plot, better themes etc.

    Maybe I would’ve liked it if I was a teenager. But I’m not. So…

Seeing all my fav yt critics calling it awesome is melting my brain.

Literally put me to sleep in the theater. Dull, pretentious, trite dreck. I have no fucking clue how anyone was even the slightest bit impressed by that pile of shit

It was actually very good, they just showed you a different movie to the rest of you bc you are all weird and everyone can see that weird growth on your chin you're trying to hide.
