Specifically about the red scare(s) defanging organized labor in the US.

Edit: Not sure if this is as general as I wanted, but I picked up The Long Deep Grudge: A Story of Big Capital, Radical Labor, and Class War in the American Heartland. I’m hoping it’ll touch on what I was looking for, or at least have a solid bibliography.

    RE: Unrelated recommendations:

"North Korea: Another Country" has been pretty good. A great introduction to learning actual things about Korea.

I haven't started it yet, but I've been excited to start reading, "Another View of Stalin" by Ludo Martens.

Obligatory "Read Blackshirts and Reds" if you haven't already, by Michael Parenti

Thanks! I’ll check them out. And I need to get my copy of Blackshirts and Reds back from the person I loaned it to, so I don’t have to finish reading it as an ebook
