they didn't buy the Nyan Cat channel. the original uploader became one of the founding members so they already had the channel.
It's like leftist Netflix run as a co-op. It doesn't have that many shows, but there are a couple decent ones. Art House Politics is pretty amusing.
It's OK but kinda boring leftist Vice IMO, Gravel Institute does better content.
Not a huge catalogue, but they have a pay-what-you-can option. Lots of low budget documentaries, and some weird comedy bits.
It's pretty cool. I liked a lot of the documentaries it has. There a lot of great generally leftie perspective and content.
I like their morning news podcast, never checked out the video stuff though
