This video is super jarring . You can hear at least a dozen rounds go off, and people are still sitting in their chairs watching the parade. I can't imagine what it feels like in those first few moments of confusion, when the reality sets in that there is an active shooter about to completely fuck up whatever it is you had planned.
Here's another video of parade marchers (tons of kids), getting ready to start. You can hear the gunshots go off, and a little kid says, "Are you kidding me right now?"
