    I was reading up on this, apparently one of the Republican governor candidates said she would demolish them for being satanic, which was enough to get them featured on Last Week Tonight a month ago. This is what national media attention does to a motherfucker.
    I used to live not super far from there and visited it once, they're actually really big and would be impressive if not for the ecofash stuff written on it. "Reduce Earth's population to 500 million" and whatnot. They seem to have blown the stone written in Hebrew which is extra :brainworms: too

      i think its the swahili/hindi stone (the southeast one), but i wouldn't trust an american to distinguish hindi from french, so i don't know if they meant to destroy something else or chose it randomly
