Congress (article I) has 16% public approval, Biden (article II) has 36%, and the Supreme Court (article III) has something like 39%. Democratic party apparatchiks are doing fine, but this is really fucking bad for liberalism, and there are many liberals well read enough to understand this. They have built themselves a world where the legislature is only a fraction as popular as the cops.
