I guess it was basically inevitable in America. I'm mostly annoyed honestly I can't hit the gym now. I've been on that for the last bit and I'm feeling real good with that progress. What are you even supposed to do now. Like I'm not that sick(so far) but what's the plan. Do I tell the CDC. Does it matter. What do. What dooooo

If possible get a free PCR test, they will report to the CDC.

As far as workouts go, while you have symptoms just take care of yourself. First day of serious symptoms for me was the second day after I felt "off". I then quickly went to almost a 103 degree fever. If you get that high, take some ibuprofen or Tylenol.

Relax, watch TV, get better. Drink fluids. If you have an oxygen monitor, keep an eye on your oxygen. If you don't have one, get one. After about 3 days after the fever I noticed that i constantly felt dizzy and felt like I was at high altitude. Idk what to do here besides literally just rest and hope it gets better, but this is a part of the disease.

Once you lose symptoms, start doing a bodyweight workout regiment. It helps you stay sane when you're stuck in a room for 2 weeks.

Appreciate the tips. I may do some yoga and things. The stretching feels goooood anyway.

Oh oh yes make sure you do yoga. I developed some joint pain probably because I didn't stretch and move around enough. It's very bad and annoying.

Also Star Trek got me through the quarantine. TNG is so good
