Yeah I mean I don't mean to invalidate anybody who is offended but I personally would just laugh at this, that doesn't mean it's not mean spirited but it's also (to my knowledge) not something with a deep history and negativity associated with it, like blackface.

It's useful to point out that diaspora communities usually have different experiences with racism than their "home" communities and very recent immigrants. People back home may not understand why something is offensive in a specific context.
For example, you could send Whitey McWhite from this video to some remote place in Africa in full black face and ask people if they find that offensive. Those people might say "no" because they've never even heard of a minstrel show, but that doesn't mean that doing blackface in America shouldn't get someone cancelled with extreme prejudice.
