Yeah. With DuckStation and a Wiimote + dolphin bar it's pretty possible to emulate PS1 light gun games though you have a reticle always on screen. PS2 is fucking miserable, I'm really hoping the new plugin-less version of PCSX2 will add in innate GunCon support since now you have to use an old version of the emulator with a special plugin that sucks ass and wasn't finished. Never tried emulating light guns of other consoles. I caved in and bought a GunCon 2 for PS2 and do all my light gun gaming on PS2, PS1 (emulated), and Wii. Oh yeah you can emulate SNES and NES light gun games on a softmodded Wii moderately easy too.
I know there are those Sinden light guns for PC but they're like $200 or something each.
