      Listen, as the guy responsible in case one of the pilots fucks up majorly, all my documentation says he was entirely healthy and this was a freak accident. We'd have barred him from his job instantly if we'd caught any whiff of him having mental disorders.

      The FAA's not happy until you're not happy. An organization of miserable bureaucrats.

      But hey, you might get an exemption if you grovel hard enough for a year or two, because the only way to reach them is by mail and even a one word answer will have to be mailed back to you after being typewritten (I kid you the fuck not, you can literally see the textured fabric of the ribbon on the paper). Back and forth and back and forth until the end of time!
